Warmus Builders Inc. is entering its 29th year of commercial and residential development! In this time we have strived to meet the highest standards of customer service, quality, and craftsmanship. We also provide value engineered budgets to help meet the needs of any potential customer. This commitment to excellence and customer service brings with it a legacy of quality workmanship that confirms its solid growth pattern over the years.

Our foundation for these past years has been beautiful Green, Ohio. Our goal has always been to contribute to our local economy with jobs and residences for families and local business. This started with the development at the Highlands at Green along with Raintree Estates & the Estates at Meadow Wood. We also provide commercial residence for numerous local and national businesses. Some of our properties include space in the Boettler Business Center, Boettler Oaks, and West Airport Business Center. We have also had a hand in the Green Animal Medical center, Subway, and the Greenview Inn.

We can provide construction management for large commercial projects such as the FedEx Custom Critical world headquarters. These, however; just cover projects completed in our own back yard. Warmus Builders Inc. is able to branch out and has developments in both Doylestown and Wadsworth, Ohio. Some of our noted commercial projects outside of the city limits include the Waterford Office Building, Akrochem Corporation, and the Anthony Funeral Home. Our most recent commercial project is the Ohio ENT & Allergy Medical Office located in Stow was completed in June of 2O14.

Our history of excellence does not happen by chance! John Warmus personally oversees every project and approaches them "hands on". He is a graduate of the University ofAkron with a degree in civil engineering and an M.B.A in Finance. He stays involved with the community by participating in the City of Green Design Review Board, the Summit County Contractor Board and the Akron/Portage Home Builders Association.
